If you are not satisfied with your Kickpal, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
Conditions
- Items must be in original condition, with all parts included.
- Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, send us photos within 7 days of delivery and we will ship a free replacement.
How to request a refund
Email getkickpal@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will reply within 24 hours with next steps.
Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
